Ministries
We believe that life is a journey that no one should have to go through alone. God wants you to connect with Him and with others so we can experience life together and genuine love, heartfelt worship, relevant ministry and effective outreach.
One way we are doing life together is through our Life Groups. Life Groups are small groups of people that get together on a regular basis to build meaningful and lasting relationships.
We have three categories of Life Groups:

Description: Josh and Nicole Lykins will be leading the youth group for the summer months. There will be weekly meetings where youth will be taught the Word of God that can be applied to their lives. Youth will also do fun summer events. A beach retreat is planned for July 24-26.

Description: Melanie encourages women to get together to build meaningful relationships with one another. There is usually a short devotion, an open discussion, and prayer. “Embrace” is a great way to develop friendships with other Christian women.

Description: You can participate with prayer teams at Life Church Charlotte
in two ways. One way you can get involved is to sign up to receive weekly emails
with prayer requests and testimonies. We ask that you pray over those requests
as the Holy Spirit leads you. The other way you could get involved is to join
Melanie in a prayer group that meets periodically to pray over the church and
the prayer requests we receive through the church office.

Description: Planet Kids ministers to children in grades K through 5. This is an exciting ministry to be a part of! Planet Kids has a dynamic atmosphere in their own theater with videos on the movie screen and music through their own sound system. Planet Kids ministers to children through contemporary music, videos, object lessons, drama, and games to teach the children how great life is in God.

Description: Since we lease a building for our services, this team sets up our equipment before services and tears it down afterwards. Without this team, we wouldn’t be able to have church. Some team members serve every week, some help when they can, some help with just set up, some help with tear down…its up to you how involved you want to be!
